Presentation on E-waste at Rotary Club of Patan West
On 20th December 2018, a session on E-waste Management was provided to Rotary Club of Patan West. The session was given at the regular meeting of the club at Summit Hotel. Manashree Newa, the Project Lead of E-waste Management, facilitated the session. A total of 20 participants were present at the meeting, where 17 Rotarians, 1 visiting Rotarian from Rotary Club of Moscow, 2 Rotaractors and 1 guests were present.

A Stall of waste made products by BW2V in AWON Christmas Bazar
The annual AWON Christmas Bazar organized by AWON (Active Women of Nepal) was held on December 1st at Soaltee Crown Plaza. The event displayed a variety of stalls including a locally produced good directly from the producers themselves and lots of small stalls mostly handicrafts, pashminas, pottery, food and other stalls making it a perfect Christmas shop.

Integrated Hotel Waste Management at Hotel Ambassador by ACE Hotels
The diverse waste generation goes parallel with the luxurious and extensive facilities that hotel provides to its guests, proper management of which is basic. Many big hotels are taking the green initiative towards reducing and recycling the waste generated during their services. Hotel Ambassador by ACE hotels have also taken initiative to manage the waste by themselves.
